Teachers’ Competencies Measurement Scale (TCMS) is a standardized scale to measure the competencies of school teachers. The teachers teaching at the Secondary Level can use this scale to measure their competencies. TCMS consists of 40 statements in Five dimensions in which there are 25 positive statements and 15 negative statements. It is a Likert-type scale, so there is no right or wrong answer to the statements. The respondents are free to respond according to their viewpoint. This Scale can be used for research purposes. It can be administered individually or in small or large groups of teachers. It doesn’t require a highly trained person to administer this scale. This scale is available in English.
