Description
The test of Spatial cognition is meant for the measurement of spatial cognition for children. This test is divided into four major components each having its subcomponent. Mapping (equality of area, mental rotation, reversibility, selective inference & arrangement of objects), Networking (distance decentration, spatial coordination, following order, Verbal visualization, traffic rules) Topology (Topological spacing, Perspective view/occlusion, Projective space, Topological mapping, Positional analysis & closure) and Manipulative arrangement (In-closed space, In-open space, Figurative ). This test is appropriate for children from 6 to 8 years of age. The content of the test is designed to be suitable for both sexes as well as children from various socio-economic and cultural groups.
