This scale measures emotional maturity through 8 dimensions, viz., curiosity, pleasure, sorrow, disgust, aggression, shame, fear & contempt, based on the level of control of expressions of emotions. Since the construct of ‘ego-strength’ is found to be the base of emotional maturity, thus it is super-imposed overall above-mentioned dimensions.
