Shipping Policy

Shipping For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post. Orders are shipped within 2-4 weeks subject to stock availability or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or speed post.

Prasad Psycho Pvt Ltd is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 12 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Refund & Replacement Policy

We request you to please do proper research before placing the order once the order is dispatched we don’t take return of the product in any case.

We take request for replacement of same product in case of defect of damaged products received by you. To request a replacement, simply contact us with your purchase details within 7 days of receipt of product, after 7 days of receipt of product we will not take the request of replacement.
