The scale Work Adjustment Inventory is developed by O.P.Mishra & S.K. Srivastava. This scale consists of 40 items along with 3 point Likert scale. The scale measures 10 dimensions such as: Opportunities for career advancement, Tension at work, Work anxiety, Work involvement, Relations with colleague and supervisors, Due rocognitionof merit, Sufficient evolvements and good working conditions, Grievances Removal, Feeling of fatigue and loneliness, Prestige of the organization.
