Description
The test is designed to unfold the hidden intelligence of children and it allows them to distinguish their strengths. Children in the age range of 13 – 16 years can utilize this test. The test consists of three bits of intelligence mentioned by Dr. Robert Sternberg (1997) in his theory of Successful Intelligence- Analytical Intelligence (18 items), Creative Intelligence (18 items), and Practical Intelligence (18 items), each of these three bits of intelligence has a three sub-dimensions Verbal, Quantitative and Figural. Thus, the tool comprises a total of 54 items with the 0 and 1 scoring pattern which aids in measuring the intelligence of the children. The validity and estimation of reliability by Cronbach’s alpha of 0.939 and 0.924 indicate good reliability of the scale. It is suitable for group and individual use. It is available in the English language and the time limit is 60 minutes.
