Description
The Social Support Scale is a self administered 18 item scale designed to measure perceived and received social support in the context of socially stigmatized person and parents of special need children. The items are divided into three dimensions – emotional support, tangible support and informational support emerged as factors for measuring social support. The age range is 20 – 50 years. It is available in Hindi and can be administered within 10 minutes.
