Description
Various adjustment tools were available measuring individual or some aspects of adjustment like marital adjustment, social adjustment etc but no single tool is available which measures all the important aspects of adjustment. The final form of the tool constituted 50 items and 7 dimensions i.e., Personal adjustment, Financial adjustment, Social adjustment, Family adjustment, Work-Life adjustment, Marital adjustment and In-Laws adjustment. It is a five point rating scale ranging from Strongly Agree (5) to Strongly Disagree (1). It is available in English language only and can be conducted on women of age group 35-45 years.
