Interpersonal Skills Inventory has been specially developed to meet the requirements of Organizations/Institutions where humans are considered as an asset and the individuals need to work together in harmony in order to achieve the goals of the organization. Accordingly, the IPSI is consistently applicable for different professionals irrespective of their stage in life, experience and area of employment. The items are applicable to various professions ranging from Teaching to Retail; Marketing to IT; Banking to PR. Inventory consists of 78 items which is divided into six sections; each section covering a different dimension which is an inevitable part of interpersonal skills. It is available in English and Polish.
