Description
Farmer’s Occupational Stress Scale has 20 items that measure four domains of the farmer’s occupational stress. The reliability of the scale was determined by Equal length Spearman-Brown 0.8013** And Guttman split-half 0.8008**. Whereas the validity of the scale was determined by the Lawshe method, it was found to be statistically significant (0.91).
The scale is only applicable to farmers in the age group of 20 to 65. The present scale has two versions i.e.1) Hindi+English 2) Marathi+ English.
