This 60 items scale uses 5 point scaling to measure the level of depression in totality as well as in its 7 dimensions, viz., apathy, sleep disturbance, pessimism, physical exhaustion, indecisiveness, dejection and social withdrawal. It has test-retest reliability index of .87.
