The mirror is a system or process in which employees receive open and if requires confidential and anonymous reflections (views) about their true and perceived image of how they themselves look at themselves and how others look at them. The opinionative forms may include questions that may measure on a rating scale and also raters to provide written comments.
The mirror can also be used in place of 360-degree feedback and as a useful development tool for people who may or may not be in an employee (management or non-management) role.
