The scale workplace Deviance Scale is developed and standardized by Dr. Munnoo Khan, Dr. Nasheed Imtiaz& Prof. Shamim Ahmad Ansari. This scale measures workplace deviance. There are 14 items with 5 point Likert scale. The scale can be used for research purpose and can be administered on adults. It is available in both Hindi & English Language. Time Limits is 10 minutes.
