Description
This test helps to measure teachers’ self-efficacy. It has 23 items and Likert type, 6-point responses, viz., Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Somewhat Disagree, Somewhat Agree, Agree, and Strongly Agree. The scale provides measures of six empirically derived dimensions viz. Restraint, Outgoing/Participating, Evolving, Versatile, High Expectations, and Constructive. Measures of the Teacher’s Self Efficacy Scale are common in group-level, multi-level studies. The psychometric characteristics (reliability & validity) are excellent. The scale can be used for research, training, and development.
