Description
The suicidal Ideation Scale measures the intent and degree of suicidal ideation among individuals. The scale has been designed for the use of both males and females. The scale consists of 25 items/statements which are related to suicidal ideation. Out of a total of 25 items, 4 items/statements are positive and 21 items/statements are negative. The rating scale consists of five (5) options ‘Strongly Agree’, ‘Agree’, ‘Uncertain’, ‘Disagree’, and ‘Strongly Disagree’. The Suicidal Ideation Scale can be administered both individually and in a group setting. The age range is 13 years and above (Adolescents and Adults). It is available in the English language and the time limit is 15 minutes.
