Description
The scale of Positive Life Orientation consists of 11 items about the tendency among people to interpret life situations positively or negatively. The test contains 11 items. These items emphasized the positive aspects of the crisis (e.g. suffering brings one nearer to God, positive comparison (e.g. I am much better off than others), and orientation towards life in general (e.g. life is futile). The SPLO scale was also administered on a sample of 1274 young adults, in the age range of 18-26 years.
