Description
The Personal Orientation Inventory (POI) measures the attitudes and values of normal to high-functioning adults in terms of the concept of “self-actualizing.” When used in counseling or as a pre- and post-therapy measure, the POI provides a picture of an individual’s level of positive mental health. In addition to therapeutic applications, the POI is useful in research, employee development, and studies of consumer behavior.
