Description
It is designed to measure adjustment of teachers of both sexes. It contains 253 items which are classified in five fields—adjustment with academic and general environment of the institution, socio-psycho-physical adjustment, professional relationship adjustment, personal life adjustment, financial adjustment and job satisfaction. It was standardized on 1217 teachers [714 males and 503 females belonging to 100 high schools].
