The scale Job Satisfaction Scale is developed and standardized by Dr. S.K.Srivastava. The scale measures the job satisfaction level of a person in a particular organization. The scale consists of 38 item with 5 point likert scale. The scale measures various dimensions of job satisfaction such as: Salary Pay, Nature of Work, Job Security, Advancement, Working Conditions, Communication, Unions, Senoir/ Junior Relationship and Prestige of the organization. Time Limit is 30 Minutes. Language Availibilty- English and Hindi.
