Guidance Needs Inventory is an instrument that can be used to identify the types and strengths of guidance needs of an individual student in five areas namely—physical, social, psychological, educational, and vocational. It has 65 items. It was standardized on 600 higher secondary pupils drawn from 15 higher secondary schools.
