It is for the purpose of collection & recording of significant information about an individual pupil from different sources over a period of time for sake the of guidance & counselling. It enables to collect information under following 10 heads viz., pupil identification data, family background, schools attended, change of residence, physical growth & health, scholastic achievement, co-curricular activities and psychological test data.
