Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy Scale measures Career Decision Making Self-Efficacy of adolescent students. It consists of 17 items measuring four dimensions – Absolute belief in career decision, Problem solving conviction, Career decision confidence and Career decision prophecy. Time limit is 10-15 minutes and is available in English. The age range is for adolescents (11th and 12th class). It is used for research, individual and group counselling, career or vocational counselling.
