Description
Career Decision Making Scale measures the impact of various career planning attitudes on career choice and its final impact on the decision-making process. The scale consists of 42 items on 5 points Likert scale with response options given to the respondents: Strongly Agree, Agree, Neutral, Disagree, and Strongly Disagree. The scale can be administered both individually and in a group setting. The age range is senior secondary to college i.e. class 9 and above (Adolescents). It is available in the English language and the time limit is 5-10 minutes.
